The project involves four apartments of 200 sq.ms. each, in a building of eight floors in the city of Thessaloniki. The renovation includes the change in materials, floors, finishes, frames and sanitary fittings, but mostly the complete restructuring of the apartment’s layout, to fulfill the needs of contemporary residents.

The result is the creation of modern spaces with elegance, as the new places offer the luxury of a 5* hotel while at the same time providing the comfort of a house.

In one of the cases, the master bedroom is found in an open plan space. The area also has a living room, separated by a glass wall on a black metal frame. This ensures sound insulation between the spaces without presenting a visual obstacle.

In another apartment, the open plan at the main facade hosts the living room, the dining and the kitchen in a row, creating common spaces in full natural light with far-reaching views.
