The project concerns major renovation of the hotel complex, including:

• extension of one wing of the hotel with rooms and suites

• facades’ renovation of a new hotel wing

• redesign of the outdoor areas around the main pool and restaurant

• landscape design of the exterior of the new wing with elongated pool

• creation of an underground pedestrian tunnel connecting the hotel

field with the nearby beach crossing below a street.
